Bihar drops 'fail' label from marksheets, replaces with 'eligible for skills'

Bihar's Education Department will remove the word 'fail' from Class 10 and 12 marksheets and substitute it with 'Kaushal ke liye patra (eligible for skills)'. The move accompanies planned support measures, including special prep classes for supplementary exams and broader school-activity reforms.
