Health authorities in Ernakulam are launching a series of competitive events to strengthen HIV/AIDS awareness among the younger population. This initiative precedes International Youth Day and represents a collaborative effort between the Kerala State AIDS Control Society, the National Service Scheme, and the Department of Health and Family Welfare.
Schedule of Events at Maharaja’s College
Government Maharaja’s College will serve as the central hub for these activities on July 31. The schedule includes two distinct formats:
- Athletic Marathon: Open to college students aged 17 to 24, the race begins at 7 a.m.
- Academic Quiz: Designed for secondary school students in Classes VIII, IX, and XI, the competition starts at 11 a.m.
