The Goa Bench of the Bombay High Court has found former Tehelka editor Tarun Tejpal guilty of sexual assault, overturning a 2021 lower court decision. Justices Neela Gokhale and Amit Jamsandekar convicted the journalist under multiple Indian Penal Code sections regarding the 2013 incident.
