Ex-Army Translator Jailed for Seven Years for Edinburgh Rape
A former British Army translator, Abdul Nabizada, has been sentenced to seven years in prison for raping a 19-year-old woman in Edinburgh in 2021. Nabizada was found guilty last month after denying the charges. He will also be placed on the sex offenders register for life.
