Jammu and Kashmir Minister Satish Sharma has formally complained to Chief Minister Omar Abdullah about a senior bureaucrat's alleged defiance and disrespect. Sharma requested the transfer of Transport Commissioner Vishesh Paul Mahajan due to the disruption of departmental administration.
