Authorities detained Santa Anna reserve officer Chad Eberle at a border crossing after a violent custody dispute in Saltillo left three dead. The suspect allegedly fled the scene with his three-year-old son before Mexican officials intercepted his vehicle at the Piedras Negras international bridge.
