J&K Appoints Special Prosecutor for PDP Leader Waheed Para's Six-Year-Old Case

Jammu and Kashmir has appointed a special public prosecutor for a six-year-old case involving PDP leader Waheed Para. Para, who previously stated that the legal process itself constitutes punishment under UAPA, has been out on bail since May 2022.
