New York City officials will close vast stretches of Manhattan to motor vehicles on Saturday for the second consecutive weekend of Summer Streets. Pedestrians and cyclists gain exclusive access to corridors from the Brooklyn Bridge to Inwood between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m.
