NIA Arrests First Accused in Manipur IED Attack Case

The NIA has arrested S. Palal Thadou, the first accused in the Tronglaobi IED attack, and secured 10-day custody for further investigation into the larger conspiracy. The attack on April 7 killed two children and injured another.
