The Supreme Court dismissed a Special Leave Petition challenging a Telangana High Court judgment in the Margadarsi Financiers case, while questioning the petitioner’s standing. Margadarsi says over Rs 2,591 crore has been refunded to depositors; about Rs 5.23 crore is in escrow.
