Kashmir to host its first international film festival with 41 countries

Kashmir will host its inaugural international film festival, Rang-e-Cinema, from September 7–10, featuring 135 films from 41 countries. A floating screen on Dal Lake is planned, and prizes totaling Rs 96 lakh will be awarded across nine categories.
