Tamil Nadu man arrested over bomb threat emails, taken for interrogation

A software engineer from Tamil Nadu, arrested at Chennai airport, is in Madurai police custody for interrogation after admitting to dozens of bomb threat emails across multiple states. Investigators say over 1,500 emails were sent from 2023 to 2025.
