Sagarika aquarium at Vizhinjam marks 30 years of public outreach

The Sagarika Marine Research Aquarium in Vizhinjam, operated by CMFRI, completes 30 years since its establishment in August 1996. It houses 83 species and serves as a hub for research, education and conservation, with daily public access and modest entry fees.
