Mohandas. The complaint follows a series of controversial statements made by the former head of the BJP State intellectual cell concerning student demonstrations held at Delhi’s Jantar Mantar.
Provocative Rhetoric and Violent Intent
The legal filing centers on claims that Mohandas used his platform to instigate rioting and civil unrest. Specifically, Aliyar highlighted a statement in which Mohandas asserted he would have personally shot the Jantar Mantar protesters had he been in a position of authority.
