Molbio Diagnostics is slated to commence trading on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange (NSE) on August 17. The IPO, which ran from August 10 to August 12, was oversubscribed by 70.26 times. Institutional investors showed substantial demand, with Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) subscribing 186.39 times their allocated portion, while Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) subscribed 49.80 times and retail investors 12.96 times.
The total offering consisted of a fresh issue of 25 lakh shares valued at Rs 200 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 92 lakh shares totaling Rs 739.70 crore. Molbio Diagnostics had previously secured Rs 281.5 crore from anchor investors by allotting 34.87 lakh equity shares at Rs 807 per share, the upper limit of the IPO price band.
