Operation Nomad Hunt involved extensive coordination between the Anti-Gangster Task Force (AGTF), the Overseas Fugitive Tracking & Extradition Cell (OFTEC), and several central intelligence agencies. Authorities tracked Singh as he moved across multiple borders to avoid capture.

Director General of Police Gaurav Yadav confirmed Singh's return to Indian soil. The suspect is linked to several violent criminal cases across the region. According to police records, Singh is wanted for:
