2 Policemen Injured During CJP Protest Allege "Pre-Planned Attack"
Two police officers sustained injuries during a protest organized by the Communist Party of India (Marxist) and alleged the violence was a coordinated assault. Inspector NK Singh reported significant property loss in addition to physical injuries during the confrontation.

A protest led by members of the CPI(M) turned violent, resulting in injuries to two police personnel who were on duty to maintain order. The officers involved have characterized the incident as a pre-planned attack rather than a spontaneous escalation of tensions during the demonstration.
Police Inspector NK Singh, one of the injured officials, reported that the situation escalated rapidly as protesters engaged with law enforcement. According to his official statement, the commotion was used as a cover for further criminal activity beyond physical assault.
Singh specifically alleged that during the struggle, unidentified individuals snatched his gold chain and stole his wallet. Authorities are currently investigating the circumstances of the protest and working to identify the individuals responsible for the assault and the reported theft.
