Technical Architecture and Operating Environment

Vivo officially introduced the T5e to the Indian smartphone market on July 27, 2026. This budget-tier device distinguishes itself by shipping with OriginOS 6, an interface built upon the Android 16 architecture. The hardware is driven by a Unisoc T7225 processor, supported by a memory configuration that includes 4 GB of physical RAM supplemented by an additional 4 GB of virtual RAM. While the internal storage is set at 64 GB, users can expand capacity via external media up to 2 TB.

Display, Durability, and Power Management

The T5e features a 6.74-inch HD+ display engineered for smooth transitions via a 90 Hz refresh rate. To address longevity in daily use, Vivo integrated a 5,500 mAh battery into the chassis. The retail package includes a 15W charger, though the handset's internal logic also supports reverse charging functionality for auxiliary devices. Physical protection is certified at an IP64 rating, ensuring the internal components remain shielded from dust and liquid splashes.

Camera Specifications and Market Availability

Imaging capabilities on this 4G-focused model remain utilitarian, centering on a primary 8 MP rear lens and a 5 MP front-facing camera for self-portraits and video calls. Starting at ₹13,999, the Vivo T5e is available in two distinct finishes: Shadow Grey and Aero Blue. Distribution channels for the device include the following:

  • Online procurement through Flipkart
  • Vivo's official digital storefront
  • Authorized physical retail outlets across India
