Massive Disposal of Unfit Consumables
During the raid, authorities ordered the immediate destruction of significant quantities of prepared snacks and ingredients deemed unfit for human consumption. The items discarded included:
- 3,000 individual pani puris
- 4 kilograms of prepared samosas
- 2 liters of blackened, reused cooking oil
Beyond the immediate disposal of goods, technical samples were secured by the department. These have been dispatched to laboratories for a comprehensive chemical analysis to determine the extent of contamination.
Systemic Hygiene Failures Discovered
