Premier Performances Over Extended Distances

Training on Saturday, July 25, featured several notable displays of stamina and speed. Ramiel, piloted by Antony, produced the day's most comprehensive workout over 1400m. The horse stopped the clock at 1:39, progressing through 1200m in 1:25 and 1000m in 1:11.5 before finishing the final 600m in 43 seconds. In the same 1400m category, Mandate (Aleemuddin) and Majestic Legacy (Antony) finished in a dead heat at 1:41. Estelle and Winfield also demonstrated solid form over the long distance, recording times of 1:42 and 1:42.5 respectively.

Sprints and Mid-Distance Excellence

The 1000m and 1200m heats saw Dandanus and Taaqath assert their dominance. Dandanus, under Antony, moved with notable fluidity to clock 1:11 for the 1000m trip. Taaqath, ridden by Saqlian, outperformed stablemate Irish Coffee by three lengths, finishing the distance in 1:12. Over 1200m, Master Way impressed observers by stretching out to register a time of 1:27.5, matching Edison who completed the same distance while looking sharp.
