The department achieved these results by installing mechanical speed breakers to disrupt dangerous driving patterns.

Human Error and Infrastructure Demands

Law enforcement analysis points to a trio of behavioral failures behind local fatalities: overspeeding, general inattention, and a blatant disregard for established traffic rules. To combat these issues, Mr. Damodar issued directives to all police personnel to deploy stoppers equipped with radium stickers at every major junction. These devices are intended to force a reduction in vehicle velocity while increasing night-time visibility.
