The local police department reports that the suspect, Naresh, attacked his colleague following a long-standing grievance regarding Suresh's friendship with a woman known to Naresh. The suspect believed this relationship interfered with his own personal life, leading to the escalation of tensions.

The altercation turned physical during a late-shift period when Naresh allegedly used a sharp-edged tool to inflict fatal wounds on Suresh. During the struggle, the following details were recorded by investigators:
- The victim suffered multiple stab wounds and was declared dead shortly after the arrival of emergency responders.
