Festival Schedule and Inaugural Ceremony
The Indo Cine Appreciation Foundation has announced a specialized screening program to celebrate Japanese cinema. The event begins on July 28 at 5:30 p.m. with an opening ceremony hosted at Alliance Francaise in Nungambakkam. Immediately following the formal induction at 6 p.m., the festival opens its cinematic roster with The Hotel of My Dream, directed by Yukihiko Tsutsumi.
Mid-Festival Highlights and Closing Lineup
On July 29 at 6 p.m., the festival continues with a screening of Aristocrats, a film by director Yukiko Sode. The final day of the event, July 30, features a double-feature schedule to conclude the series:
- Time Scoop Hunter: Directed by Hiroyuki Nakao, screening begins at 5 p.m.
- The Lines Draw Me: Directed by Tokuhiro Koizumi, screening begins at 7 p.m.
