In the footage, the Prime Minister committed to implementing stringent measures to combat the issue of examination paper leaks. Government sources confirmed that this specific content triggered the dispute with the platform operator.
Meta Cites Technical Oversight
Meta, the parent organization of Facebook and Instagram, has addressed the controversy by attributing the removal to a mistake. A company spokesperson stated that the video was taken down in error and confirmed that officials have since restored the content to its original location on the platform. Despite the restoration, the IT ministry is seeking a formal explanation from the company's global leadership regarding the circumstances of the removal.
