The accounts, spanning the period between 2002 and 2016, describe a consistent pattern of behavior occurring while Leto was in his 30s and 40s. These women, nine of whom are sharing their stories publicly for the first time, were between the ages of 14 and 19 at the time of the alleged incidents.

The evidence presented in the investigation includes historical messages, photographs, and corroborating testimony from family and friends who were informed of the encounters when they occurred. Despite multiple attempts by investigators to solicit a response, Leto has remained silent regarding the specific accusations.

Specific Claims of Assault and Statutory Rape

The investigation highlights four core allegations of criminal conduct:

Brad, a former crew member, stated that instructions to invite specific female models and fans backstage came directly from Leto.
