Many educational institutes in Telangana are closed on Friday (July 24, 2026) after a bandh call was given by left-affiliated student unions demanding resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, fair compensation to affected students and others.
As part of the bandh, members of SFI-AISF-NSUI-PDSU-AIFDS-AIPSE-AISB would hold a student rally from Narayanguda to Y junction in Hyderabad in the morning.
