The Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission has released the provisional results for government lecturer positions following July 2025 examinations. Shortlisted applicants must appear for on-site certificate verification and proficiency testing in August 2026.
Assessment Milestones and Locations
The Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) has uploaded the provisional shortlist for Lecturer positions within the A.P. Collegiate Education Service to its digital portal. Selection for this phase follows the Computer-Based Test (CBT) cycle held between July 15 and July 23, 2025. These examinations took place across the original 13 districts of Andhra Pradesh to fill vacancies in Government Degree Colleges.
Verification Schedule and Final Proficiency Testing
Successful candidates must report to the APPSC headquarters in Vijayawada on August 4, 2026. The office, situated on M.G. Road across from the Indira Gandhi Municipal Stadium, will begin proceedings at 10 a.m. The evaluation involves two distinct steps on the same day:
- Original Document Authentication: Formal verification of all academic and personal certificates.
- Computer Proficiency Test (CPT): A mandatory skill examination for those who successfully clear the initial document screening.
The Commission directs all applicants to review the official candidate list and download specific procedural instructions from their website. This administrative step is the final hurdle before candidates advance in the hiring process for the Collegiate Education Service.
