Adani Enterprises Hits Record Quarterly EBITDA Fueled by Airport Growth

Earnings Peak Amid Segment Growth

Adani Enterprises reported its strongest quarterly EBITDA on record, reaching Rs 5,642 crore. This financial milestone reflects broad gains across the conglomerate's diverse portfolio, despite one-off settlements affecting the bottom line. Excluding a settlement of Rs 2,644 crore related to the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the company's profit before tax (PBT) reached Rs 1,295 crore.

Aviation Division Drives Momentum

The company's aviation assets proved to be a significant engine for this quarter's growth. Adani Airports reported an EBITDA of Rs 1,633 crore, representing a 49 percent increase compared to the same period last year. The flagship group company released these figures in an official statement outlining its operational trajectory.

Key Financial Metrics

  • Total EBITDA: Rs 5,642 crore (Historical high)
  • Airport Segment EBITDA: Rs 1,633 crore (49% YoY growth)
  • Adjusted PBT: Rs 1,295 crore (Excluding OFAC settlement)
  • OFAC Settlement Impact: Rs 2,644 crore

The data suggests that the group's infrastructure and utility-focused expansion continues to scale EBITDA even as the firm manages significant non-recurring legal and regulatory payouts.
