A 35-year-old man allegedly killed his wife inside their car in Maharashtra's Washim district following a heated argument. The incident occurred while the couple was traveling with their two children, who reportedly witnessed the violent encounter.
According to police reports, the suspect attacked the woman with an iron rod in a fit of rage before strangling her to death. The vehicle was parked along a road when the confrontation escalated into a physical assault.
Authorities have taken the husband into custody and registered a case of murder. The children are currently being cared for by relatives as the investigation into the motives behind the crime continues.
