THE WHAT?  Kourtney Kardashian Barker’s wellness brand, Lemme, has been named in a new class-action lawsuit alleging that it made misleading marketing claims about the weight-loss benefits of its GLP-1 dietary supplement.

THE DETAILS Filed in a California court, the lawsuit alleges that Lemme falsely promoted its supplement as a natural alternative to prescription GLP-1 medications, claiming it could increase GLP-1 levels to support appetite control and weight loss despite insufficient scientific evidence. The complaint argues that the brand’s marketing violated California’s False Advertising Law, Unfair Competition Law and Consumer Legal Remedies Act. The product, originally launched as Lemme GLP-1 Daily and since rebranded as Lemme Reset with the same formulation, is sold through major retailers including Target, Walmart and Ulta Beauty. Plaintiffs are seeking financial compensation and an injunction preventing the company from continuing the disputed marketing practices.
