German Shepherd Fights Off Leopard In Gujarat, Saves 3 Men Before Dying
A brave German Shepherd lost its life while protecting three men from a leopard attack at a roadside restaurant in Gujarat. The canine intervened during the midnight ambush, allowing the victims to escape with their lives.
A loyal German Shepherd died a hero in Gujarat after confronting a leopard that had attacked three laborers sleeping outdoors. The incident took place late at night near a local restaurant where the men had placed their cots for the evening.
As the leopard lunged at the sleeping men, the pet dog immediately intervened, engaging the wild cat in a fierce physical struggle. The noise and the dog's defensive maneuvers provided the three men with enough time to wake up and retreat to safety inside a nearby structure.
While the three individuals survived the encounter without life-threatening injuries, the German Shepherd sustained fatal wounds during the fight. Local wildlife officials were notified of the predator's presence in the vicinity following the struggle. Source: NDTV
