10 Killed After Cargo Truck Crashes Into Vehicles In Mexico

A cargo truck crashed into several vehicles and a group of people at the site of an earlier traffic accident in the Mexican state of Jalisco. The second collision caused significant casualties among those who had gathered to respond to the initial incident.

Local authorities confirmed that at least 10 people lost their lives in the crash, including two children. Emergency medical teams arrived at the scene to treat those injured, while recovery efforts were launched to clear the highway and secure the area.

Preliminary investigations suggest that the truck driver may have lost control before plowing into the stationary vehicles and pedestrians. The Jalisco State Prosecutor's Office is conducting a full investigation into the exact cause of the crash and the condition of the driver at the time of the impact.
