Wife, Son Not Home, Man Sexually Assaults Teen Daughter In Delhi
A man in Delhi has been accused of sexually assaulting his teenage daughter while his wife and son were away from the residence. Local authorities have initiated a legal investigation following the survivor's formal complaint regarding the incident.
A teenage girl in Delhi has alleged that she was sexually assaulted by her father at their family home. According to the survivor, the incident occurred on July 7 when her mother and brother were out of the house, leaving her alone with the accused.
The victim stated that her father used the opportunity to force himself upon her against her will. Following the assault, the matter was reported to the local police, who have since taken the survivor's statement to proceed with the case under relevant sections of the law.
Law enforcement officials are currently conducting a probe into the allegations and are expected to follow established protocols for crimes against minors and sexual assault. No further details regarding arrests have been made public at this stage.
