U.K. says an Iran-backed group was behind attacks on Jewish community, bans Revolutionary Guard
The British government has announced a ban on the Islamic Movement of the Companions of the Right following alleged attacks on the Jewish community. Officials also confirmed the official proscription of Iran's paramilitary Revolutionary Guard to enhance national security.

The United Kingdom has moved to ban the Islamic Movement of the Companions of the Right (IMCR), also known as Harakat Ashab al-Yamin al-Islamia. This decision follows government allegations that the Iran-backed group was responsible for targeted attacks against the Jewish community.
As part of a broader crackdown on foreign-sponsored threats, the government also formally banned Iran's powerful paramilitary Revolutionary Guard. This move makes membership in or support for the organization a criminal offense within the country.
Authorities stated that these measures are intended to disrupt activities that threaten domestic safety and international stability. The proscription allows law enforcement to freeze assets and prosecute individuals associated with these entities. Source: Reuters.
