Newly-elected TDP MPs pay courtesy call on Rajya Sabha Deputy Chairman

Newly-elected TDP MPs Sana Satish, Chintakayala Vijay and Bhashyam Ramakrishna paid a courtesy call on Rajya Sabha Deputy Chairman Harivansh Narayan Singh in Parliament on Thursday. They had a detailed discussion on the conduct of the ongoing Monsoon Session, major issues likely to come up for debates in the Rajya Sabha, and parliamentary procedures to be followed.

The MPs also took key issues related to the development of Andhra Pradesh to Mr. Narayan Singh’s notice. Later, they called on Union Minister of State for Information & Broadcasting and Parliamentary Affairs L. Murugan, with whom they a discussion on important issues and Bills scheduled to be tabled in the Rajya Sabha.
