THE WHAT? The Estée Lauder Companies has appointed Madeleine Boyd as Senior Vice President, Global Brand Communications, creating a newly integrated communications function to strengthen consumer engagement across its global brand portfolio.
THE DETAILS Effective 20 July, Boyd will lead the new Global Brand Communications team, overseeing an enterprise-wide communications strategy designed to enhance brand storytelling, earned media, cultural relevance and creator engagement. She joins from Together Group, where she served as Global Senior Vice President, Beauty & Wellness, having previously held senior leadership roles at luxury communications agency Karla Otto. Earlier in her career, Boyd worked across brand marketing, digital content and editorial at MECCA and Vogue Australia. She brings extensive experience advising beauty and luxury brands on consumer trends, communications strategy and brand positioning.
THE WHY? The appointment reflects Estée Lauder’s continued focus on modernising its communications strategy, strengthening connections with consumers and creators, and building greater consistency across its portfolio of global beauty brands.
