D’artagnan wins Zavaray S. Poonawalla Bangalore Summer Derby
Trainer Satish Narredu's ward D’artagnan secured a commanding victory in the prestigious Zavaray S. Poonawalla Bangalore Summer Derby on Sunday. Jockey Yash Narredu guided the colt to a finish that captivated the standing-room-only crowd at the Bangalore Turf Club.
In an impressive display of stamina and speed, D’artagnan outclassed a competitive field to clinch the Zavaray S. Poonawalla Bangalore Summer Derby (Grade 1). The 3-year-old colt, trained by Satish Narredu, maintained a strategic position throughout the race before surging ahead in the final straight.
Jockey Yash Narredu provided a clinical performance, timing his move perfectly to ensure the horse finished several lengths ahead of the runner-up.
