Anthropic has introduced Indian Rupee pricing for its Claude AI subscriptions, facilitating easier transactions for individual users and businesses in the country. The update ensures that all local payments are inclusive of Good and Services Tax (GST) requirements.
Anthropic's Claude AI has officially launched localized pricing for the Indian market, allowing users to pay for premium services in Indian Rupees (INR). Under the new structure, the individual Claude Pro plan is priced at ₹1,990 per month, offering early access to new features and higher usage limits compared to the free version.
For enterprise and collaborative users, the platform now offers a Team plan at ₹2,500 per month per user, while the high-capacity Claude Max plan provides advanced reasoning capabilities for specialized professional demands. These local rates replace the previous USD-based billing system, simplifying the checkout process for domestic credit and debit cards.
