These findings are part of a broader enforcement drive across Bengaluru. In the preceding week, raids on restaurants and hotel kitchens led to the seizure or discarding of food items. At Skyye Lounge, officials found rotten meat, moldy vegetable cutlets, and used cooking oil, resulting in the kitchen's closure. Other establishments like Royal Chain Hotel, Madras Kitchen, Tescon Hotel, and Sanchez also had food products seized or discarded.
